We were established in Australia in 2016 to develop a QROPS solution for Australian resident clients which would enable them to move their UK pension savings into the superannuation system with added peace of mind.

Our services help to establish a Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs), which enable members to have greater control of their super monies by being appointed as a director of the corporate trustee.
The My Options Super Fund bespoke deed has been prepared by a specialist legal team to meet the requirements which apply to a QROPS and each My Options Super Fund is submitted to UK HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) as part of its establishment. As part of the facilitation of QROPS compliance, the My Options Super Fund is available to clients aged 55 or over and accepts only contributions (consisting of capital and associated growth since residency) by way of transfer of monies from Registered Pension Schemes in the UK or QROPS or former QROPS around the world.
We understand that managing an SMSF can be time consuming and that additional, specialist support is often necessary and it helps to make life simpler and easier – and that’s very important when you consider that the SMSF must comply with the additional QROPS requirements imposed by UK regulations.
